This week is in honor of the Tome Topple Readathon this month found on BookTube. Are you a lover of big books, or do you prefer a shorter read? My copy of this book weighs in at a hefty 1,456 pages. Once I read this bad boy, it will be the biggest book I ever read. I'll probably have to set aside an entire month just for this, but it's a classic and so I'm sure it will be worth it. With a total of 1,192 pages, this big book is nothing to sneeze at. I got this for Christmas last year and still haven't read it. Books this big are daunting to me, but I do eventually want to dedicate the time to this one as well. I got this one for my birthday this year when I had the sudden urge to read it and found a copy for $3 at Ollie's Bargain Outlet. It has a whopping 912 pages and is filled with heavy content, making the book feel more like double that. This book is definitely on my bucket list as a must read though. With only 679 pages, this book seems like a walk in the park compared to the former three. This is the third book in the Remnant Chronicles and seeing as I haven't read books one or two that I own, I'm sure it's going to be a while still until I get to this. This is another one that is the third book in a trilogy. It has 613 pages in total. Ever notice how series start out with a reasonable number of pages, say three or four hundred, and then wind up getting bigger and bigger as they go along? Like Twilight was only 400 pages, but the final book, Breaking Dawn, was close to 900.
