I told myself never to listen to BTS because I thought I'd probably become obsessed with them like the big ass fangirl I am. I stayed away for years. And then it happened. I listened to BTS. And who would have guessed it - I became obsessed. So it's only natural that I do the BTS book tag, created by Yvette Electic on YouTube.
I was tagged by @rebecathebookworm on Instagram to do this awesome tag.
Peter Pan is one of my favorite classics! This is such a cute little tag! Thanks to @backpackreads on Insta for the tag.
I highly recommend all of the books mentioned in this tag. Don't ask me what "RQ" stands for. I have absolutely no idea.
I just know I was tagged to do this one and I'm trying to get caught up. Is it "Red Queen?" I haven't read that one. Let me know in the comments if you know. Hello! I was tagged by @castle_of_books on Insta to do this tag...
two months ago... and I'm finally getting to it! These last two months I've been obsessed with visiting my local library, so I felt like doing this book tag. Feel free to tag yourself and do this as well. :)
I did this tag last year and it was one of my favorite posts to work on. I think it really helps to sit down and reflect on what great (and not-so-great) books you've read so far in the year, so that you can better plan what you want to read and accomplish for the rest of the year. So, without further ado...
I found this tag over at Kath Reads but it's basically the same idea as yesterday's tag. Perfect for this time of the year as we think ahead to 2018. 1. An author you’d like to read (that you’ve never read before).Leigh Bardugo. I've got the Shadow and Bone trilogy and the Six of Crows duology now. My body is ready. 2. A book you’d like to read.Valley of the Dolls. I hear it's complete trash... just like me. It's a match made in heaven, I'm sure. 3. A classic you’d like to read.Les Miserables because apparently I hate myself and like torture. I'm sure the book is amazing but it's 5 billion pages long. 4. A book you’d like to re-read.LOTR. It's been years since my last reread and I need more Shire time for my soul. 5. A book you’ve had for ages and want to read. The Legend of Drizzt series. I promised someone 4 years ago I would read it next. I lied. 6. A big book you’d like to read. The Count of Monte Cristo. Another giant beast of a book. This one's like 1200 pages I think. Not too bad. 7. An author you’ve previously read and want to read more of.Marissa Meyer. The Lunar Chronicles was gold. Me likey this author. Plus, she seems like a super cool person in real life too. I want to be her new bff. 8. A book you got for Christmas and would like to read. And I Darken. I found this at Ollie's Bargain Outlet and went: GASP! OMG. Didn't this just come out? Needless to say I snatched that shit up quicker than Augustus Gloop snatches up any chocolate he finds. 9. A series you want to read from start to finish. There are literally so many answers I could put for this one. I tend to buy all the books in a series so that when I'm ready to read them, I can finish the whole thing. One of the ones I'm pretty excited for is the Woldwalker trilogy by Josephine Angelini. 10. A series you want to finish that you’ve already started.THRONE OF GLASS! I cannot wait for the last book. I need Aelin to die so bad! lol 11. Do you set reading goals? If so, how many books do you want to read in 2017?Yeppers. I'm probably going to shoot for 100. Less than the previous two years but you never know what I'll end up doing. Do you plan your reading in advance? Or do you just read whatever? |
