I also got pretty far in both Emma by Jane Austen (180 pages in) and Crime and Punishment (202 pages in) by Fyodor Dostoyevski. Hoping to get out of the slump and finish them in July.
Favorite reads of the month were definitely I Capture The Castle and then The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I highly recommend both of those very different books.

Also, notice how I didn't really stick to my TBR yet again. I tried, but then the slump got me and I didn't want to end up not liking those books just because of the slump. You have no idea how many books I picked up, started and had to stop because I couldn't focus on reading and didn't enjoy anything I touched. It was terrible.
I pretty much spent the whole month playing Kingdom Hearts again and pining for Kingdom Hearts 3, if I'm honest. heh heh
That and writing a first draft for an idea I've since scrapped. Because I was in writing mode, I found reading to be a struggle. Every time I opened a book while in full blown writing mode, I could only focus on the words and the writing style and not the story. Thinking back, that's probably what triggered the slump for me after all.
Here's to a better July! What good books did you read in June?
Any tips for overcoming a prolonged reading slump?
